If anyone else is trying to lose weight right now, there is a way that you can take advantage of that to help people. I signed up for the Biggest Loser Pound for Pound Challenge. For every pound that I pledge to lose, they donate a pound of food to a food bank in my community.

Man, I have not done well in fulfilling my pledge.

ok, let's take stock and make some new decisions

what is the goal?
what is the time-frame?
what are you doing?
what isn't working?

I guess there wasn't a time-frame. Technically, I have the rest of my life to lose the number of pounds I pledged. Also, I do not believe that I pledged to keep the weight off. So really, I could lose and gain the same five pounds over and over again.

Oh, Idea Man! losing and re-gaining is a silly idea!

Let's just talk about health and stealth instead.

Eat a whole meal every four hours.

What is a whole meal?

Exact protien intake, carbs for brain and muscles
and a tiny bit of fat for muscles and endocrine function.

What is exact protien intake?
...between 22 and 40 grams PER MEAL
depending on your size.
The protien number doesn't but barely change.

Let yourself digest the food for an hour after eating.
Don't exercise during digestion.

AFTER you get this under way, we can look again and see about shrinkage
