I don't know the Mr Plow song I never heard of Mr Plow until someone called me that in another forum But I find it fitting "Popeye" that I would be called that as I have been on occasion called "The Human Snowplow Polarman" and the kids love watching me outthe windows at the daycare centers while I plow the snow with My Mighty Shovel

Oh yeah, many times. The only edge Superman gets is that Cap changes back to Billy Batson. There was a recent JLA where Marvel actually knocks out Supes cold.

In 1978 I had one of those BIG comics where Cap fought supes, Supes won, then teamed with the vanqueshed Cap to fight Karmang & Black Adam.

In Kingdom Come Supes beat him.

In the JLU Cartoon, yup Supes for the win again.

In World's Finest Supes & Batman smear Hawkman & Cap.

I wasn't aware of any other battles. Shows what I know.

See, I don't think Superman won the JLU fight or Kingdom come, really. Marvel had Superman's number. The only thing that holds him back is his battle inexperience. I guess techincally, Superman won because he beat Billy Batson before he changed back to Marvel. The comic which the Worlds Finest was based on, Superman switch to fight Hawkman because he could not take on Marvel. In the JLA Crisis times Five, Marvel flies up to the moon to stop Superman from going to the 5th dimension, so he knocks him out.
In the 70's, the whole Cap/Superman thing was sort of a backhand insult to C.C. Beck's creation of Cap and the litigation against him until he sold Captain Marvel to DC.

Ah, now THAT I can see (the 1970's thing) Supes is vulnerable to magic, but he has SO many more powers than Cap.

Yeah, but Cap is just as invulnerable to those powers as superman is invulnerable to his own powers.
Then again, I guess the whole point is subjective to whatever writer is writing the story. I choose to think that Cap is stronger and can beat Supes.

I have always wanted to see a three way tag between Cap, Supes, & Hyperion. But fat chance of that.
