for me its just funny cause he's reading a paper all peaceful like, he hears sappy music, and turns around and THAT is staring in his window.

If I may...
What might of been a bit more interesting is if in the second panel the ML character proclaimed that he'll destroy the WS character with his metatron cube.

And then the third panel the ML character ask for help because it is a rubix cube...

Both characters are equally.... unique looking so therefore it is hard to tell what the WS character is freaked out about because he himself is not dress in a normal fashion.

i really don't get it either ZetaMan.just goes to show you White Skull's hospitality.

Well if Metatron had come to the front door, the White Skull might have been a bit more hospitable.

The whole point of the comic is the oddball nature of things. The White Skull, an admitted villain, is doing the most vanilla activity: sitting at home, quietly enjoying the paper.
Suddenly, outside his window, music begins blaring, and we see Metatron standing there with this unreadable expression on his face.

We have no clue how long he's been standing there or what he's been doing this whole time.

The comic ends without clearing up any of this or what comes next. It's very non-sequitur.
