I decided to add a small Canadian flag to the sleeve of my uniform on the opposite arm than I have the Pacific Protectorate one. the patches came two to a pack so I took velcro to the back of the other one so I can attach it to my vest if I decide to.

I was thinking about all the tweaking and smallthings you do to your gear to make it, and keep it ready for use. time and effort you spend taking something and customizing it to fit your needs exactly. modofying and refining until it all fits and works together as you planned.
I can figure that I put about 50 hours into the construction of my costume and gear. putting it all together and testing and reconfiguring where required.
maintance is a hour or two looking it over and making am=ny quick small repairs, replacing batteries and cleaning.
I have spent roughly about $1500 on the outfit and all the gear. this has been spread out over about two years so it's a little bite when I can afford it.
for most of us this is a great investment in our mission without even taking training and education into consideration. for those just starting out and this can sound pretty intimidating before even getting out and doing anything. but it's time itself you have to be willing to invest. in poreperation as well as operations.
this is just to illustrate some of the efforts that need to go into this if your going to do it right and make it work. you have to plan out your stratagy and develop your persona to work together towards a overall goal.
