| I was wondering if anyone one here would happen to have or know where i could get a pattern/patterns to make cloth/leather mask. I know how to sew and i know where the measurements need to be taken to make one im just not any good at drawing said patterns i have tried but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

| Having made my mask on my own I could not tell you. The most likely person who would know of such things would be Razor Hawk, though there are plenty of others skilled with mask making.
Just my pointless two cents. Haha. (^^) |

| The pattern I use is fairly simple and if you are making a mask from spandex, lycra, or any stretchy fabric, you don't even really need measurements, unless you have an abnormally small head. Usually my masks have fit 5 year old kids as well as adults. |

| If you want it customized for yourself, which I assume, you could do some paper or duct tape mock ups and then use one of those as a "pattern." |

| oh ok. i make leather masks for a hobby but for something like DD you would need very thin leather and sewing skilled, which i dont have.
for something like that i think vinyl would work better, or latex. |

| Your Two cents are never pointless MrJack!
Anuk, I love your name but have to say that Sumarian things scare me very much and I am not even a criminal, imagine if I was! Great name, I am glad it has notihng to do with poop!
Love your picture, is that anything like your true suit? I have no idea who has the experience with drawing the patterns, I would also refer you to Razor hawk.
Best of luck!

| For the mask, are you talking about having horns on it like Daredevil too, or just a basic full face mask thats red? |

| Get some veg tanned leather. About 6oz weight is pretty easy to work with. Then go to you tube and watch a couple videos on how to make leather masks. I was able to construct my leather mask pretty easy after watching a few videos. It really is that simple. All you really need for tools are sharp scissors, an x-acto knife, some paint or leather dye and some elastic straps to keep it on your head!...Good luck! p.s....trust me, it really is simple to make a leather mask! |
