I don't know how it is where you live Master Legend, but it's sad that our parents teach us to avoid these people instead of helping em. So whenever we see somebody who lives on the street we feel more like "Why doesn't he get a job" instead of "how can we help this man ?" and dear lord if you actually go out to help one of these, you'll be the weirdo of town. Really sad how people are really self centered here and nobody cares about other people unless it's somebody they know.

I honestly don't know what to say Master Legend.
I think this may be why so many of us haven't had input on this thread.
I feel so damn bad for this guy and other homeless people I've met over the years, especially when I lived in St. Louis for a year and a half. They were so demonized by everything I had ever heard or seen on TV; I remember giving them as much change as I could afford to as I was just a college teen at the time, broke and out in the real world for the first time, heck it was the first time I'd been in or lived in a big city. I remember being afraid of them, we didn't have homeless in our tiny hometown, we still don't. I'm ashamed at how I was afraid to talk to them, giving them as much change as I could and getting away from them fast.

Fortunately I'm older and wiser, but it's frustrating wanting to help these people, and not having the opportunity to do so.
I'm thinking I can organize some water or food and travel to one of the larger towns and give some out.
Other than that, I am totally defeated and frustrated by the homeless situation in our country.
I am at a loss.

Here is the thing< I know Master Legend lives in Winter Park but ha can vouch for this,and this upsets me. The City of Orlando knows about the homeless problem yet does nothing to help it. There are shelters that either charges homeless to stay there or they are poorly managed. The cost of living is too high in Orlando,it's so high that people even with good jobs have problems maintaining it. What's worse is how homeless veterans are treated. In Minneapolis,MN they have a home for homeless veterans. I just really wish that things like this would stop happening. I know about this situation is I have been homeless in Orlando,and I have made friends in the homeless community. I have seen first hand how they are treated in this city,and it is growing. Master Legend I am with you on this.

one thing that helps is knowing your community and where all the hobo and bum camps are. there are the shelters that make money off the homeless as Blue Phoenix has seen himself.if you can't go out and bum a few bucks you don't get to sleep on their dirty hard floor.i seen it every time and will reveal it in my future episodes of how master legend does what he can videos.

How much homless people smile when they are given food
SHOULD break every hard heart

they never say no to the food and always are happy to get a beer.i know i get a few put downs for giving beers out but i know the streets very well.hand out a beer and get a smile everytime if they drink.i also carry bottled spring water for the rare few that don't drink.
i work around some very rich snob people and they always blame the homeless problem on drugs or alchohol, nothing is further from the truth.they are just scapegoating because they know they really helped to create the problem and don't want to help.soon i plan to never be around those kind of people or do anything to help them again.

that is great of you Flora V.Arbor , you are doing what you are called to do.it is wrong to turn your back on someone you could easily help.today i will be bringing barbecued chicken legs and snack cakes.it may be laughed at by the high and mighty but i know my homeless friends will love it.you can get like 20 chicken legs for 5 bucks.
you are wise to help people that God sends your way or that you seek.i'm an expert on this because i was homeless a few times and only thanks to a very few people that gave me work was i able to get off the streets.God wanted me to know the problem well so i can talk with the truth and experience.
unless its some unruly cussing scum bag that you can tell is bumming for drugs it is good to help, it could be an angel in disguise.

latest update / Bobby is in the hospital . i am told he almost died and an abulance took him away today.i guess you have to be dieing before someone helps these days.i talked to his nurse and have every service ordered for him.i hope they will help.
