| Heard one of my neighbors screaming like a banshee around 09:30 hours tonight so I ran out to investigate. Turns out during her nightly walks around the cul-de-sac, one of my neighbor's dogs was running loose and was chasing her. I know the dog, a pit bull terrier, belonging to the couple right across the street from me. it was acting very aggressive towards her and she practically ran up to my door to get in. The wife noticed the commotion first hand, so i got out and put myself between my neighbor and the dog. This gave her some leeway and a little bit of escape time to get back to her home without it chasing her. I stared down the dog and he tried to get aggressive with me. So...i pulled a little Shadow maneuver on his canine butt..he barked at me so i got down to his level slightly and i growled right back at him. he tried to get closer so i continued to stare at him and growl. He got the picture when i rose up slowly, probably thought oh he's another dog thats challenging me and....wait he's getting bigger, hmmm...i think i'll go now. He then went back to his home and continued to bark....from a distance. My neighbor was graciously thanking me for my help as she went back home. As much as i'm craving the feel of an armored suit, i think it wasn't that bad of rescue....and for once, i feel good. DarkShadow out |

| Good work.
And in all honesty most of us will find ourselves in situations to make a difference with no suit. The suit doesn't make the person....... |

| the only time i've had to jump into action in my suit is because it was already on.it takes atleast ten minutes for me to get the master legend suit on but that is why i have my quick silver mask to throw on in a second. |

| Visiting a friends place, a neighbor had a collie. Goddamn thing bit me when I walked by and this being the 'old days' my only knee-jerk reaction was to punch the dog in the face. I felt bad later. |

| with "pack animals" like dogs, its all about pecking order, and usually that means the bigger meaner animal is top of the heap. You gave that dog a choice, fight something bigger than itself for potential dominance, or tuck tail and run. It made the right choice As far as punching the dog that bit you, I'll bet it never bit you again, unless it was stupid, lol. Again, you showed dominance in a manner it could easily understand, nothing to feel bad about, really. Its not like you beat it for no reason, THAT would be abuse, and then it would be bad. |

| I hear ya on that Malvado...I love animals and all but being that this dog was a pit bull, i wouldn't hesitate to do what is necessary short of injuring the animal so that my neighbor wouldn't get eaten. It is true though when i say its not the breed, its in the way you raise them.
UPDATE: So i'm walking to work this morning (Mondays Suck!) when out of no where this young lady approaches my vehicle looking very nervous. She asked me politely if i would escort her to the main building where she worked (the same building where i go to). She said there was a man (hobo by the looks of him) that approached her and was scoping her and the other cars that were in the parking lot. I was surprised at first. but gladly did the deed and she was both relieved and very happy that i could help put. I was thinking as i entered worked..."Well, thats twice already and I'm not wearing a suit....Not bad DS" :-)
Regardless it felt good to start the week this way....but dammit, I'm STILL gonna get me a suit.
Carry on.
