I did it just to prove that I could.
I was messing around with the cameras a LOT
and that requires a certain amount of holding my body still.

As soon as I got the danged things to work, I jumped in.

The point of pointing out that I did no warm up is that
when anyone, even a person who is in good shape,
starts any exercise session,
that person MUST march in place or walk for a full five minutes
and let the body shift fro
"resting steady state" to exercise "steady state".

As you can hear, I did not catch my breath at all during the whole session
and I refused to do the 15 second breaks or the two minutes
breaks because because because ME SO BRAGGY!!!

So, I showed off instead by talking.

For anyone else, that lack of being able to catch the breath is scary
and can get them scared about all exercise.

For me...NO PROBLEM!!!!

So, lemme ask,
if I was to do up another workout, written just for RLSH,
what would you guys like it to contain?

I think something specifically for RLSH would need to contain plyometrics and bodywieght exercises mostly. Stuff that could be done anywhere.
