This is going to be fun

This is my brothers training plan for when he was first becoming a RLSH
0600: Wake up get dressed.
0605: run 8km
0650: change clothes and get ready
0655: Eat breakfast of boiled egg, feijoa, glass of milk and vitamins.
0700: bike ride 15km to work
0730: get changed and start work. Clothes have 5x 1kg weights.
1230: lunch break has steak in brown bread sandwich, an orange and a bannana.
1300: do press ups and situps until work starts again.
1330: work starts.
1700: work finishes, ride 10km to centre of town.
1720: buy health food and steak then ride to mums house 1km away.
1730: cook food at mums then eat.
1750: ride 1km to judo practice.
1800: judo practice begins
1900: judo finishes, ride 20km home.
2000: go to bed and read judo books.
2030: go to sleep.
0300: wake up go on 1km run to gym then lift weights.
0330: run back home.
0345: go to sleep.
0600: repeat
This is what my brother did for 1 month except he had kickboxing on Friday, judo on Monday and Thursday, basketball on Wednesday and Taekwondo on Tuesday. On the weekends he would make his suit when on the weekdays he would normally be working.
