Hehe, Flora if you are referring to me in that, I always get hurt. I have a connective tissue disorder that causes me to have very weak ligaments and tendons so my joints aren't well supported. I sprain and/or strain easily. Whenever I do something particularly active, it's just an accepted risk Smile

ligaments and tendons are not the only things holding you together.

Muscle matters a LOT and muscles are the ones that you
CAN affect.
Muscles start to weaken after four days of rest in ANY person.

During the first few weeks, it is worthwhile to be very careful
rather than just dowackado.

Please type up your workout elements and timing
and let's tailor it for your needs

I've always been in shape, due to my smaller frame, fast metabolism and hyper-active lifestyle im all muscle. I think i cracked one of my ribs though, the pain is agonizing.

ug! ain't much can be done for rib pain
:
*ibuprophen with food
*stay careful for six weeks so that they "knit"
*take 600 calcium morn and night and don't miss!
