Free weights

Concentration curls. 20lbs 4 isets 10 reps each L & R

French Press 20lbs 2 sets 10 reps

Bench press 40lbs+45lbs=85lbs 1 set 8 reps, 4 sets 5 reps

Good morning 25lbs 20 reps

Other stuff:

Leg lifts 3 sets 10 reps

Pull ups 10 reps, 7 reps 5 reps

Lateral pulldown 70lbs 1 set 10 reps, 50lbs 2 sets 10 reps

ran a mile then did about 45 minutes of DDR, which is like running a mile in 4 minutes.
