Recently re-certified in use of force/ground-fighting/knife defense/violent subject arrest/tactical handcuffing.

3 days of takedowns, throws, hard parries, wrist-locks and come-alongs...

Sore, and pleased that the instructor used me to help teach the class/coach the other participants.

Any RLSH/X-ALT would be well-served to take similar courses, such as PPCT/SPEAR/LOCKUP..

every system has its own way of doing things, and its own things it brings to the toolbox. Great stuff.

Had one guy get smart and try to bob mid-way through a 1/2 speed demonstration of an attack.... He caught a brachial stun and went down like a puppet without strings... Razz He was fine, just stunned. Good times.

You might try bath salts. I've been messing with them lately, though whether they work is hard to tell -- placebo effect.
