Some of you know me. Some of you do not. For those who do not, I am Wolf, and I specialize in skip tracing, data acquisition and investigation.

As some of you would recall, In the days of the old Heroes Network, I operated an investigative arm out of it known as the Wolf's Detective Agency, whose mandate was to train volunteers who would like to be part of an operational, multi-national, investigative agency.

Of course, that was destroyed by Mr. Eric Toth. However, I have plans to re-establish the Agency, and am looking for anyone who would be interested in joining or re-joining.

I'm aware of the old section on the HN. I once helped knight owl with some case that happened to involve my own city of chula vista. Didn't really amount to much. Most detective work requires resources outside the grasp of average people (like us).

Not true.

A. Most detective work does not require special resources or databanks.

B. The resources that you are speaking of are hardly outside the grasp of those who are reaching out for it.

Yes, without certain clearances or credentials, the job is made more difficult. But do not make the mistake that with such things it makes for a simple case every time. For instance, just because you cannot run a license plate by yourself, doesn't mean that you give up.

We do our best, not becoming lazy because we seemingly have less than the LEO. Does that stop you from doing good because you lack a gun, a baton, a police scanner, bullet-proof vest, a badge, et cetera?

Your disinterest in the Agency is noted.

Well I know I don't really have a history of being a RLSH yet but I am what you could call an aspiring investigator of sorts. This interests me greatly.

How did someone stop you from detecting previously?

They didn't.

However, all the lessons I had written and the comments made by the ones involved in the old WDA were destroyed when Eric Toth deleted most of the posts on the old HN. The lessons were backed up, but were misplaced when I relocated to another home. The comments and roster of agents were destroyed.

I've since found the hard copies of the lessons I wrote, however, I did not feel like rebuilding after that, preferring instead to again work alone. But now, I feel that the original plan still has merit and potential, and I will see about working on it again.

Wolf, is it ok if I call on you from time to time? There are potential lines of inquiry I can't do myself; lack of skillset. In particular, I might want to know all about the resident of a particular address.

If you are Max Mercury, you needn't even ask. Of course.

If it is another Max I've not met, then I would need to know what your intentions were with that information. But yes, I am always looking for new cases to take on.
