I'm not seeing any threats there; perhaps I was misinformed as the tone of the thread when your most recent ban occurred was that you HAD been banned and you were welcomed back under the premise that this sort of thing would not happen again. I'm sorry for having been misinformed, though. I'll post a retraction about that much at the very least, I'll do it along with the retraction that I owe Max Mercury and the Oracle Team.
