Hey all.
All of Feburary, Meow and I will be promoting donating Blood to your local Red Cross.
In a effort to raise further awareness, we'll be flying over to New York City to meet up with the RLSH there to donate blood. If your around the area, meet up with us and we'll storm the local Red Cross to save lives.
More details to follow. We'll be in New York around Feburary 26th. Hopefully we can reserve a place by the 27th.
Anyone else wanting to do it, let me know. We'll get some promotion posters up or get a hall of heroes up on reallifesuperheroes.org or something.

Anyone in NJ, Meow and I are renting a car so we can try to pick up people from there.
I'll call ahead at the beginning of Feburary to make arrangements.
Meow and I will be in New York from the 26th of Feb to Mar 1 or 2nd. Hopefully we can get in a patrol later on that night.

I'll get some kind of statement prepared on the site with kudos to Team Justice for leading last year and what happened the years before.

I can't make it to NYC, but I may be able to support a local blood drive in solidarity. I stopped donating blood for a while because I was low body weight and didn't want to put a strain on my system. But I'm almost up to my desired weight now, so I think I'm ready to give again.

It's become a family tradition in my family. My grandfather used to donate, and I donated something like 20 times while I was in college -- basically as often as I was allowed to. It's such a simple and rewarding way to help save lives.

I think last year I made a flickr page for people who donated cash, blood or time... I'll make another one in a bit for this.

Silver Sentinel and I had talked about meeting up for this event with you guys. My schedule appears to be all good for that weekend, but I haven't checked up with Silver Sentinel yet on this (which I will do). I am not sure about transportation for me, but I think I can probably work something out on my own. I just need a time place.

Fairfield is ok. Not that close to the city though. Might work well for people in NJ.
I'll see if I can come up with a place or two.

I am still going to fly out to New York at the end of Feburary. However, I am registering to donate asap for the Haiti disaster.
If we all are able to, I think we should forgo making Febuary BDA month and focus our resources elsewhere.

In the future, it would be great to mobilize for stuff when a natural disaster hits. I think audience wise, we can notify a lot of people.

I would really like to join you guys for this. I don't know if I'll be donating blood, but I'd like to come for moral support and patrolling and whatnot.

I'll be there for moral support as well for anyone donating. Sadly I am donating tomorrow.
But it would really be cool to see this going for those who can do it late Feb.
As of now, I am not picky where we all go. So where ever the Dark Guardian says would be cool.
