Now, I am unsure as to whether or not I would want to do this. It seems a little too gimmicky for me. I just do not know. I mean, I already have all of the components needed to enter the contest, but the people entering the contest are making this stuff up because it is a costume contest and is fake for them. Some may actually get interested in the RLSH movement, but for the most part this is publicity. I do not think it is personally wise for myself to get involved in this, but maybe I could make up another costume and enter. I am not sure. There are pros and cons to each. One the one hand, it would be a useful way to help spread our message, but on the other, this could be just the sort of self-glorification everyone was afraid of with the Kick-Ass arrangement. I do not see this as a big deal, but it is an interesting thought.

These are just some of my musings on this, and I wanted to get other people's opinions on it as well. Too gimmicky? Too spotlighting? Or do we think this could be a good publicity thing for our community to get ourselves involved with? Please vote and then submit your reason as to why.

yeah, this is something that each one of us should consider carefully before doing. for me, it's a no. and remember, they have to send the prizes somewhere if you win........

well then, my answer to the poll works too. it's a personal thing. how do you feel about sayin "Hey, this is me, and when I put this mask on, it's the real me"? this is what we have to ask ourselves. like I said, I didn't read your thoughts first, just the quote placed above them.

Yeah, it's a personal choice but we are all ready established, so I say let the general public have fun with this one.
